All PAUME pieces are subject to availability. We take care in presenting our products as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, fit, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences. 

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments 

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change without notice. 

We currently accept credit card payments via our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed. 

Orders & Fulfillment 

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to accommodate changes after processing. 

All orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, including processing times and delivery timelines.

Shipping 

We offer flat-rate nationwide shipping, with fees shouldered by the customer unless stated otherwise during promotions. 

Delivery timelines and details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. 

Exchanges 

We accept size exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. 

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

All content on this Site—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of PAUME and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
