We want you to feel confident in your PAUME pieces.


We accept exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to a valid exchange request. Kindly note that items purchased on sale or at marked-down prices are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery or collection with a valid return request.


Exclusion: All product(s) sold at marked down prices are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.


Condition of Items


To be eligible for exchange, all items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- With original tags attached

We will do our best to ensure that you are ultimately happy with your PAUME piece(s) by providing feasible solutions that will remain within our store policy.

What is your size exchange policy?

We understand that finding the right PAUME fit matters. We gladly accept size exchanges within 10 days of purchase, provided that items are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Kindly note that shipping fees for exchanges are taken care of by the customer.

Our Sizing?

To help you find your best fit, detailed size charts are available on each product page. Weinclude garment measurements so you can easily compare them with your own. As eachpiece is designed with intention, fit and measurements may vary slightly per style.If you’re unsure about your size, we’re here for you!
